Claiming Your Vehicle
24/7 Pickup Available
You may visit our facility at any time to claim your vehicle, day or night.
- Please be aware, however, that if you retrieve your vehicle outside of regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm) or on a holiday, there will be a $35 after-hours gate fee.
What Should I Bring With Me?
State law requires that impounded vehicles may only be retrieved by the owner of record.
In order to claim your vehicle, you must provide:
- Legal documentation declaring you are the rightful owner. i.e. Registration or title (photocopies not accepted; if in the vehicle we allow you to retrieve it).
- Government issued photo I.D. (Includes passport, state-issued driver’s license, etc.)
- Valid form of payment to be made in full
Florida law does allow for exceptions under unique circumstances. For instance, if the legal owner is hospitalized, out of state, or incarcerated. If this applies to you, please bring in a completed in-full and signed Vehicle Release Form. Call our office directly for more information regarding these procedures.
How Can I Pay?
Duvall’s Towing accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash, money order or travelers check.
- Valid bank debit or credit card in the name of the vehicle owner or authorized agent.
- Valid personal checks are accepted during banking business hours, provided the bank can verify the available funds over the phone. A Palm Beach County address of the vehicle owner or authorized agent must be on the front of the check.
Rental Vehicles
By law, rental vehicles can only be released to the rental company. However, we will allow you to retrieve any personal items when you present a valid photo I.D. along with your rental agreement.
